Great to meet you!

I have almost 20 years of direct clinical experience. I believe therapy is a collaborative and compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. My approach is grounded in the understanding that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you explore patterns, build insight, develop practical tools, and reconnect with your strengths. I tailor our work to your unique needs, pace, and goals while creating space for both honest reflection and meaningful change. You do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy—we can start exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, whole-person approach to therapy. I believe healing involves more than simply managing symptoms—it can also mean understanding yourself more deeply, reconnecting with your strengths, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. Our work together will be collaborative and individualized, with space for reflection, practical strategies, emotional processing, and mind-body awareness. I will meet you where you are while supporting you in moving toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation—not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what may be getting in the way. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, experiences, and patterns, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You are always in control of what you choose to share.

During our first session—and as we continue working together—you can expect to develop a clearer sense of direction and begin creating personalized goals that reflect your needs, values, and pace. You’ll gain a better understanding of what therapy with me may look like, whether that involves exploring the past, learning new coping strategies, processing current challenges, or deepening your relationship with yourself.
