Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe that finding the right therapist begins with a genuine connection. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Latina therapist and first-generation college graduate, I understand the unique experiences that can come with balancing cultural expectations, navigating life transitions, and pursuing personal growth. These experiences inform my work and allow me to bring authenticity, empathy, and cultural awareness into the therapeutic relationship.

I earned both my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Social Work from California State University San Marcos. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospital and school settings, supporting children, college-aged young adults and adults through a wide range of life challenges and experiences.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens within a supportive and trusting relationship. I view therapy as a partnership where we can explore what is bringing you in, gain deeper insight into your experiences, and build upon your existing strengths. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who are navigating periods of transition, whether that means adjusting to a new chapter of life, coping with unexpected changes, managing uncertainty, or redefining their sense of self.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you move toward the life you want to build.
