Great to meet you!
Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe that finding the right therapist begins with a genuine connection. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Latina therapist and first-generation college graduate, I understand the unique experiences that can come with balancing cultural expectations, navigating life transitions, and pursuing personal growth. These experiences inform my work and allow me to bring authenticity, empathy, and cultural awareness into the therapeutic relationship.
I earned both my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and my Master's degree in Social Work from California State University San Marcos. Throughout my career, I have worked in hospital and school settings, supporting children, college-aged young adults and adults through a wide range of life challenges and experiences.
