Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed mental health clinician who is passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges while building resilience, confidence, and meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a collaborative, strengths-based perspective. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring treatment to each client's unique goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, your goals, and any relevant background that will help guide our work together. My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free, and I encourage you to share at a pace that feels comfortable. By the end of the session, we'll identify initial goals and discuss next steps so you leave with a clear direction for your therapy journey.
