Great to meet you!

You’ve mastered success. You know how to lead, care for others, and get things done. But when it comes to love, sex, or emotional softness, you’re exhausted from performing. Maybe you’re disconnected from your body. Maybe you and your partner avoid conversations about sex because they feel too tense or triggering. Maybe you were taught to prioritize survival over desire. You’re ready for something different: deeper connection, softer love, and a safe space to reclaim pleasure without guilt or shame. I help individuals and couples work through sexual concerns that often lead to hurt, shame, frustration, and emotional distance.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on building emotional safety and improving communication so partners can cultivate trust, understanding, and deeper intimacy. Whether you're dealing with mismatched desire, disconnection, or past sexual wounds, my passion is helping people transform pain into pleasure and create relationships where they feel seen, safe, and fulfilled.

What you can expect from me

With a collaborative approach, I help individuals and couples identify sexual blockages and build healthier intimacy. I’m kink-positive, CNM-affirming, and committed to creating safe spaces for Black women & femmes, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and gender expansive adults, and both traditional and non-traditional relationships. Let’s break the cycle together.
