Great to meet you!

I have over 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals who possess multiple marginalized identities who have carried the burden of personal, generational, and institutional trauma and have had to step into roles or identities that don't embrace their full personhood. My ideal client is someone who is ready to move out of survival mode and into more actualized living.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and person-centered approach, working with you to co-create a space where you feel safe being your full self, unapologetically. I believe that you are the expert of your experience, and my role is to guide you to a deeper understanding and appreciation of yourself and to help you build the skills needed to create the life you desire.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be the beginning of our therapeutic relationship and will establish the groundwork for the trust we will build together and the work we will do moving forward. It will be an opportunity for me to get to know more about your needs and goals and also a opportunity for you to get to know more about me and my approach.
