Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and understanding. I specialize in relationship concerns, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, stress, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, gain new perspectives, and build the skills needed to create lasting positive change. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to understand your challenges, identify your strengths, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs because no two people or families are the same.

I use evidence-based techniques to help clients improve communication, strengthen relationships, manage anxiety and depression, cope with life transitions, and develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, exploring your emotions, and building the tools needed to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, your current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapy process and work with you to develop a plan that fits your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
