Great to meet you!

If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater confidence. I work with adults, adolescents, and seniors navigating life transitions, grief and loss, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and the lasting impact of trauma.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I believe healing happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I have experience helping individuals build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your experiences without judgment while gaining practical tools for lasting growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

I believe meaningful change occurs when we better understand the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help clients create lasting change while building a stronger sense of purpose, confidence, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. During our sessions, we'll focus on understanding your goals, exploring challenges, and identifying practical steps that support growth and healing.

Many clients leave therapy with greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger emotional regulation, improved relationships, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship concerns, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and equipped to create meaningful change in your life.
