Great to meet you!

Hi, I am glad you're here!

Life can be messy, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain exhausting. You might be the person everyone else leans on while quietly struggling yourself. Or maybe you've reached a point where you know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start. Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the everyday stress that can make life feel heavier than it should. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are no pressure, no judgment, just real conversations that help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

I believe meaningful change occurs when we better understand the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for managing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship concerns. My goal is to help clients create lasting change while building a stronger sense of purpose, confidence, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. During our sessions, we'll focus on understanding your goals, exploring challenges, and identifying practical steps that support growth and healing.

Many clients leave therapy with greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger emotional regulation, improved relationships, increased confidence, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, or relationship concerns, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and equipped to create meaningful change in your life!
