Delora Rollins

Hi, my name is Delora Rollins. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 22 years and have been licensed as a LMHC since 2012. My years of experience has granted me the opportunity to provide both group and individual therapy to adults and children in institutional and community-based settings.

I believe it is critical to understand how thoughts and feelings drive behavior. With a spirit of compassion and nonjudgment. I help individuals take the action steps needed to find clarity, remove roadblocks and reach wellness goals. You deserve treatment that is tailored to fit you. The treatment modalities used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Treatment.
