I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a passion for empowering young adults, college students, and parents navigating the intricate journey of adolescence . As a dedicated mental health professional, my mission is to foster resilience, promote self-discovery, and provide a safe space for individuals and families to overcome challenges.

In the first session I focus on getting to know my clients and discuss presenting issues and concerns. In the following sessions that is when the work begins and will consist of using techniques such as traditional talk therapy, CBT, Mindfulness skills, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach, that meets the unique needs of each individual. By creating a warm and non-judgmental space, I aim to build a therapeutic alliance that encourages self-reflection, growth, and positive change. I help clients with enhancing coping skills, communication skills, and foster a deeper understanding themselves.
