Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with All Hope Behavioral Healthcare, I bring over three years of clinical experience diagnosing, treating, and managing mental health conditions, and I provide comprehensive psychiatric care that combines evidence-based medication management with therapeutic support. I work collaboratively with each client to build a treatment plan suited to their individual needs and goals.

My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, and mood disorders; trauma, PTSD, and adjustment-related concerns; and medication management across the lifespan, from adolescents to adults. I take a whole-person approach to care, combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion to help my clients navigate life's challenges and work toward lasting mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is both collaborative and person-centered. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they're experiencing, without judgment. Mental health care works best when there's trust, so I take the time to listen, explain my reasoning, and make sure clients understand their options every step of the way. My goal isn't just symptom relief. It is helping each person build sustainable, long-term mental wellness.

What you can expect from me

This first visit is your chance to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. I'll share my initial impressions and walk you through possible treatment approaches, whether that's medication management, therapy, or a combination of both, and together we'll settle on a plan that feels right for you. Your input shapes every decision; this is a partnership, not something done to you.

By the time we wrap up, you'll have a clear next step, a follow-up appointment, a new or adjusted medication plan, or a referral to additional support. My hope is that you leave feeling truly heard and confident that we have a real plan moving forward together.
