Great to meet you!

I support caregivers, busy professionals, and parents who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or stretched thin. Many of my clients come to me navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overload, or major life transitions. I also work with children and teens who need help managing emotions, school stress, or social challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends CBT, solution‐focused strategies, and a person‐centered style. I help clients understand what’s fueling their stress, build practical coping tools, and make meaningful changes at a pace that feels right for them. I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to change, and what support looks like for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help you identify your goals. Most clients leave the first session feeling relieved, understood, and clearer about their next steps.
