Demetria Posadas

Hello! My name is Demetria Posadas I am a passionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder to PTSD, ADHD and more! I do both therapy and medication management which makes it convenient for my patients to receive all necessary care without having multiple providers! You may call it a one stop shop for your mental health needs :) With that, I also do family/relationship/marital therapy as well.

I believe in being open minded to every situation I encounter. I come from a place of non-judgement where my patients' voices are heard and is a priority. Together we figure out weaknesses to strengthen and enhance what are current strengths are. Every patient's care plan is curated individually and carefully and is done so with the patient's approval.

During the first meeting, each individual will be asked what their goal is during treatment. Together we will work on that goal. As we accomplish our goal, we continue working on other goals that may come up as we tackle our first goal. It is my sole believe that there is always room for growth/improvement to be our very best self. My goal for my patient is to feel empowered and to see that anything is possible!
