Hi, I’m Meech, a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. In 2018, I launched ICU Counseling & Mental Health Support Services, LLC with a vision to strengthen underserved communities and populations. In 2024, I established The Extra Mile Mental Performance Agency, LLC, providing services to athletes and other high performance-based clients. My experience extends to clients of all races and socioeconomic status.

Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, family-related issues, behavioral issues, and more, I provide a non-judgmental but realistic delivery within a safe space for clients to explore their concerns, discover insights, and work toward meaningful, long-lasting change. Utilizing various therapeutic approaches and modalities, I take pride in building strong, genuine relationships with clients, empowering them to develop the tools and strategies needed for lasting personal growth and well-being.
