Hi, I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience. I provide thoughtful, personalized care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other common mental health concerns. My approach is warm, respectful, and judgment-free — I believe real healing starts with feeling heard and understood. I work closely with each client to create a treatment plan that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to their unique needs.

I provide thorough evaluations and thoughtful medication management when appropriate, always explaining options clearly so you feel informed and involved in decisions about your care. I have a special focus on treating mood disorders, anxiety, and ADHD, and providing affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel empowered, supported, and never judged.

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you feel safe to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, your goals, and what you hope to feel or experience differently. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history and current concerns better, and together we’ll begin building a clear, personalized plan. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of next steps and a realistic, supportive path forward.
