Great to meet you!

Life can feel good again - even if it has been a long time since that felt true. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deeply trauma-informed background in mental health, grief, and addiction treatment, including helping start and grow behavioral health programs. Through that work, I learned that people heal through honest connection and in community.

I work with adults 18+ navigating shame, low self-worth, grief, trauma, and complicated family or relationship patterns.

I am here to walk alongside you in the peaks and valleys in this wild thing we call life - and hopefully laugh with you a little along the way.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, personal, and down-to-earth. I listen closely, ask questions that help us get beneath the surface, and gently challenge the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-trust, healthier ways of responding, and a deeper connection to yourself - with honesty, compassion, and humor when it fits.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to understand what feels heavy, where you feel stuck, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask questions and listen closely, but you do not need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin. Most importantly, we’ll start building a relationship, make sure we feel like a good fit, and help you leave with a clearer sense of what our work together could look like and come up with a plan together.
