Great to meet you!

I appreciate the courage it may have taken to reach out for help. I have been in practice for 35years. My education is varied from Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Addictions, Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Women's Issues, LGBTQ Issues, Trauma, Relationship Counseling and Spirituality. I provide Virtual and Phone Sessions for Individual, Couples and Group Therapy as well as occasional Educational & Experiential Workshops. Contact me for a complimentary 15 minute consult to see if we are a "good fit". I look forward to meeting with you soon.

My approach to therapy

I have a customized Integrative or Eclectic approach to therapy depending on which modality my clients may need and respond to best. I view each client as a person and not their condition or diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

Working at your own pace, you will identify your strengths & barriers to greater success, learn to gently challenge yourself, understand and change negative messages sabotaging you, gain a new and positive perspective about life experiences, heal emotional wounds and transform to a New You!
