Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed therapist with a background in somatic psychotherapy, offering sessions to pre-teens, teens, and adults. My practice weaves together talk therapy with body-based awareness, creativity, and mindfulness, supporting clients in connecting more deeply to themselves. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology and have advanced training in trauma-informed care and embodied modalities. I currently work with clients virtually throughout California and in person at the Hummingbird Valley Retreat Center in Santa Cruz. I also offer group experiences, workshops, and retreats.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative. I often incorporate somatic awareness, creative expression, and relational insight to help clients explore and integrate their experiences. Sessions may include talk therapy, guided body-based practices, and playful or imaginative elements when appropriate. I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma. I aim to meet each person with presence, curiosity, and care.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered after our work together. In session, I hold a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s ready to emerge. Together, we can build your capacity for self-awareness, regulation, and choice. Whether you're navigating a challenge or seeking a deeper sense of meaning, my hope is that therapy feels like a space of refuge, reflection, and possibility.
