Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and compassion into my work. I built my practice on the foundation of my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and deeply human. I have experience helping individuals from diverse backgrounds navigate LGBTQ+ issues, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and other identity concerns. I believe that with the right support and tools, everyone has the ability to reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, to me, it should be personal. Drawing from Psychodynamic principles and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I work with you to build coping tools for life’s challenges. In my practice, I support people through depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity and sexuality concerns, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and deeply human.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe and welcoming space where they can simply be themselves. During our first session, I take time to get to know you and explore what’s bringing you to therapy. I listen closely to understand your experiences and current concerns. Together, we begin to build a sense of trust and create a plan that feels aligned with your needs.
