Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that I am warm, relatable, and genuinely invested in helping you move forward. My approach is direct and empowering—I will support you, but I will also challenge you when needed. Therapy with me is a space where you can be yourself, speak openly, and feel heard without judgment. I believe in meeting you where you are while helping you recognize your strengths, build confidence, and make meaningful changes in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy focuses on real-world application, meaningful behavioral change, and honest self-reflection. I believe therapy should extend beyond the session and translate into practical changes in everyday life. Together, we explore patterns, increase self-awareness, and identify actionable steps that support healthier choices, stronger relationships, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect our first session to be very conversational and inquisitive. I will spend time learning about who you are, your experiences, and what has brought you to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, so my role is to ask meaningful questions, listen without judgment, and work alongside you to understand what you need and where you want to go.
