Great to meet you!

¡Hola! If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or challenges at home or school, you’re not alone. I’m a bilingual, Spanish-speaking counselor who works with children, teens, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping clients build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges and feel more in control. I have a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and serve as a clinical supervisor at the largest public mental health agency in Texas, where I help train and support mental health professionals.

My approach to therapy

Meeting with a counselor can be nerve-wracking or intimidating, which is why I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment for my clients to share their unique stories. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop individualized treatment plans rooted in empathy and compassion that align with client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I take a systemic approach to therapy, focusing not only on immediate concerns but also on the deeper patterns that may be affecting your well-being. My goal is to provide personalized care that helps you gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful change. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
