My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with family focused and solution focused techniques, spending less time picking apart what's wrong and more time building tools that work for your life. If anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, or family or relationship tension is weighing on you, we'll map out real next steps together. I also work with couples in conflict and new parents facing the shift maternal mental health brings. Sessions with me are warm and conversational, not clinical. We set goals early and check progress often, so you see real movement, not just talk in circles.
