Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm Denetra. I'm an LCSW and use the Bible as my foundation for supportive Christian-based counseling. I have eleven years of experience in the field of social work and mental health counseling. My therapeutic focus includes working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and chronic disorganization. I'm confident and dedicated to helping you reach your goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use the following treatment modalities: Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Solution Focused Model to help clients overcome a variety of challenges. Though these modalities assist in developing a platform for growth, I use the Bible as the main foundation for complete mental healing.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to helping you emotionally heal by finding the root of your struggle. I will work with you to find the root by providing feedback, support, and supportive homework assignments to challenge you and assist you in your personal reflection time.
