Great to meet you!

Hi, I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I work with veterans, first responders, and people in high-stress or high-responsibility roles. I also provide care in English, Russian and Ukrainian languages.

My approach to therapy

I’m here to talk with you, understand what’s been going on, and help you make sense of it. My approach is calm, collaborative, and practical. I focus on listening, asking the right questions, and making thoughtful treatment decisions instead of rushing the process. Together, we build a plan that fits your life, supports long-term stability, and keeps medications as simple and intentional as possible

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to talk through your concerns, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of your care. I ask thoughtful questions, explain my impressions along the way, and discuss next steps so you leave with clarity and a plan that makes sense to you.
