Great to meet you!

I provide a compassionate and welcoming environment where kids, teens, adults, and families can feel supported and respected. I can help you expand communication skills, build self-reliance, and make decisions that align with your values. I focus on giving you concrete, real-world tools that lead to noticeable changes in your everyday life. My approach is culturally responsive and trauma-informed, shifting big stressors into actionable steps for clarity and relief. With children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate strategies to encourage emotional expression, self-understanding, confidence, and healthy relationships. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, with extensive experience supporting survivors of trauma and violence.

My approach to therapy

Trust and safety are the core of my work. I respect your background and goals, moving at a pace that fits your needs. I incorporate evidence-based interventions to help build sustainable outcomes. My approach is individualized and may incorporate Talk Therapy, Person-Centered, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It would be a privilege to help you navigate the obstacles causing stress and frustration and gain practical tools for meaningful change.
