Great to meet you!

Welcome. Therapy sessions can be a safe place to explore problems, navigate new situations, learn additional coping skills, and understand where you may be stuck on an issue. As a therapist, I provide an open, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can freely explore their issues, concerns, and emotions. I have experience working with areas such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress management, substance use, PTSD, end of life issues/grief, and self esteem.

My approach to therapy

My approach in therapy sessions is not to give advice, but instead to provide my clients with the tools and skills in order to help them find their own answers. My belief has always been that my clients are the experts of their own lives and I am here to just assist with accomplishing their goals.

What you can expect from me

My style in therapy sessions is very much collaborative as I believe in working together to establish and accomplish what the goals are for treatment. Additionally, I incorporate feedback, gentle challenges, and humor into sessions.
