Denise Banyai

My mission is that I want you to be excited about your life! Naturally, people seeking therapy and life coaching want a desired result. I am a mash up of Positive & Humanistic Psychology, an experienced clinician with a trauma-informed approach. Grounded in openness, honesty, trust, humor and confidentially. My passion is to empower you to recognize that you can become the hero of your own life.

We will work together to discover & create your desired Outcome followed by learning how to identify and apply your unique gifts and skills so that your Outcome becomes visible and attainable. I am trained in the practices of: attachment, existential, Life Coaching, peri & menopause brain/women's issues, and estrangement/enmeshment, polyvagal informed EMDR. You can learn to live life freely and authentically, thrive in relationships, and to experience true healing and growth.

I specialize in areas that drive vitality and strength in an individual. Those areas are: Relationship to self and to others, emotions, Body/mind awareness, Life transitions, anxiety, and relationships. I'm a wife, mother, daughter, sister and I have a story.
