Great to meet you!

My passion is helping clients build resilience, discover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in working with women and teens who are facing life’s challenges and seeking greater emotional well-being, personal growth, and self-empowerment. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work toward their goals.

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, and trauma-informed care. I believe that understanding the connection between past experiences, current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can help clients develop healthier coping strategies and foster lasting healing.

As a bilingual therapist, I am committed to serving diverse communities and creating a culturally responsive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I value the unique experiences and identities each person brings to therapy and work collaboratively to support their individual journey.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-based counseling, incorporating spiritual beliefs and values into the therapeutic process as a source of strength, healing, and guidance.

I look forward to supporting you as you navigate life's challenges and move toward greater balance, healing, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that the strength and capacity for growth you need already exists within you. With the right support, guidance, and tools, you can develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful change in your life.

I use a collaborative, client-centered approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, and trauma-informed care. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be impacting your well-being while developing practical skills to help you navigate life's challenges.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward the life you envision for yourself

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work together. This initial intake session is an opportunity for me to learn more about your concerns, personal history, strengths, and what brings you to therapy at this point in your life.

We'll discuss your goals, explore any challenges you're facing, and begin establishing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and understanding while providing guidance, tools, and support. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and create a path forward that aligns with your values and vision for your life.
