For the past 20 years, I have counseled individuals living with grief and loss. It is my personal and professional experience that counseling greatly benefits those who are grieving.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a PhD in Social Work focusing on end-of-life issues. I practice from a strengths-based perspective honoring each individual's coping style and unique processes. My experience working with cancer patients and their families, along with working in hospice, has enriched my understanding of the grief journey.
