Great to meet you!
I’m a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) who provides warm, collaborative, and evidence-based care to adults navigating emotional, cognitive, and neurological challenges. I specialize in working with individuals affected by traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, functional neurological disorder (FND), ADHD, memory changes, dementia, and other medical or neurological conditions. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, grief and loss, and the emotional challenges that can accompany changes in health, functioning, independence, or identity.
I provide psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations. My approach blends empathy with structure, helping clients understand their emotional experiences as well as the brain-based factors that may be affecting attention, memory, executive functioning, mood, behavior, and daily life. Services are tailored to each client’s needs and may include emotional support, practical coping strategies, cognitive tools, psychoeducation, diagnostic clarification, and individualized recommendations.
Clients often describe my style as calm, supportive, direct, and easy to talk to. I create a space where you can feel genuinely heard while also receiving practical tools and clear guidance. My goal is to help you gain clarity, process difficult changes and losses, reduce distress, strengthen cognitive and emotional coping skills, and feel more confident navigating daily life.
