One of the things we have in common is our humanity. Life has its ups, downs, joys and challenges. We can experience significant relationships and events in our lives that greatly impact who we are today. Sometimes it helps to talk with someone about what we are going through & what we have experienced. We may be dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship problems, trauma and everything in-between. Healing can come from working through these issues in therapy.
