Great to meet you!

My experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist has been serving a diverse range of clients in private practice and with community-based organizations. My work is trauma-informed and I approach my clients with respect, curiosity, maturity and a sincere desire to be helpful.

My passion is working with people to enable them to find the relief and the skills they need to move forward, to feel productive, and to feel comfortable with themselves in the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer client-centered therapy to adults, older adults and teens who are experiencing distress, relationship conflict, sadness, loneliness or who are stuck in situations that feel hopeless. I offer a safe space and encourage my clients to talk about their lives, process their thoughts and feelings, and find clarity and peace of mind so that they can move forward and be their best selves. I believe that everyone does the best that they can do, and they often want to do better or feel better.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will collaboratively set realistic and achievable goals and a plan for you to reach them.
