Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Denise and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I went to Rider University for my bachelors in Psychology. Afterwards I went to The College of New Jersey for my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

I am a client centered clincian. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process and that client's are able to find solutions within themselves. I am here to teach coping skills and provide an nonjudgmental space.

What you can expect from me

In the first session we will discuss what brings you to treatment. We will get to know one another and how the therapy process works. From there we will set treatment goals to guide us in the healing process.
