You may have achieved things you once dreamed of, yet still find yourself wondering, “Is this the life I actually want?” You can honor your roots while making room for your own needs, dreams, and identity.

I work with first-generation and BIPOC adults navigating anxiety, relationships, family dynamics, and the pressure to be everything for everyone. Together, we’ll explore the expectations that have shaped you, build healthier boundaries, and make room for your own needs and goals. You can honor where you come from while creating a life that feels true to you.

Therapy is a space to slow down, understand yourself, and create change. Together we’ll build coping skills, strengthen self-trust, and navigate challenges at your pace.
