Great to meet you!

If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, marital struggles, addiction, behavioral issues, stage of life changes, and other related issues, therapy can help. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families by empowering and collaborating with them to make sustained changes to promote a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle. I am trained in many different types of therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, CBT, DBT and mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I am a solution-focused clinician who helps individuals move forward with practical, effective strategies. My approach is grounded in the belief that change is possible, and that even small, intentional steps can create meaningful progress.

Rather than staying stuck in the past, I work collaboratively with you to identify what’s working, clarify goals, and build on existing strengths. Together, we focus on developing realistic tools you can apply in your daily life to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a clear path forward. We’ll start by discussing what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to change, and what’s already working in your life.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we’ll begin identifying practical, actionable steps you can take right away. My approach is collaborative and focused, so you won’t just be talking—you’ll leave with direction and tools to start making progress.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, while also staying focused on solutions and forward movement.
