Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel so overwhelmed that it’s hard to do the things you know would be helpful to protect your health & wellbeing? I help people explore how personal and societal histories impact our relationships to stress, food, activity and self-care to support you to make choices that are right for you and your current situation.

My approach to therapy

I have specialized training in helping people through depression, anxiety and trauma as they relate to overall health. Often it is a combination of health & stress-related concerns that brings us to the point of seeking help.

I use an eclectic combination of techniques that include elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Positive Psychology, Informed by Self Determination Theory & Person-Centered Approaches

What you can expect from me

Exploring areas that are difficult can help identify specific changes in perspective and coping strategies that can improve outlook and light the way for a satisfying life.
