Great to meet you!

After graduating with my master's in Marriage and Family therapy, I learned that we ALL have different capabilities in how we relate to others, regulate, and experience the world.

While working for community mental health centers, I attended many conferences, and we learned about the neurology of young brains and early childhood psychology.

My Doctorate is in Educational Psychology, and I learned how our psychological needs affect learning and taking in new information.

A bit about my approach to therapy

What you can expect from our first session

We will discuss your concerns and what you would like to get out of therapy. Each session will include a check-in on your feelings, thoughts, and events that may have brought stress. I will provide you with tools to assist you in your day-to-day life and help you identify where challenges are coming from. I am also EMDR trained, and once you are ready, I can help you with reprocessing trauma.
