Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist who has worked with individuals of all ages for over 20 years.Additional experience pertaining to child development also comes from being a mother of five.I love working with individuals, helping them attain balance in life in this very demanding world.I am easy going yet structured and prefer to work collaboratively with my client when seeking strategies to help alleviate stress and pain so that they can improve their daily lives.

My approach to therapy

Before I decide what approach I would take to therapy, I need to know more about the individual to see what is most suitable and most often this may include several different approaches which makes it most individualized.

What you can expect from me

I hope that my clients gain more clarity regarding their goal(s) for therapy and between sessions, they are equipped with insight and strategies to cope and deal with issues related to their goal(s). It is most important to me that they have a space that they can work through their issues in the most unintimidating and supportive way.
