Great to meet you!

My style of counseling is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and meaningful human connection. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, valued, and accepted without judgment. As a person-centered therapist, I see you as the expert on your own life and honor the experiences that have shaped you. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive relationship where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

My approach is Person-Centered Therapy, which emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and self-actualization. In our work together, I will meet you with genuine curiosity and respect rather than judgment or assumptions. I believe meaningful change can grow when you feel safe enough to be honest and fully yourself. We will make room for your unique goals, needs, and pace, while building on the insight, resilience, and inner resources you already carry.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, your comfort and safety will be my top priorities. Because I practice from a person-centered approach, this time belongs entirely to you. There is no set agenda, no checklist, and absolutely no judgment. We will go at your pace as you share whatever feels most important. My role is to listen deeply, learn what brought you to therapy, and begin facilitating a trusting therapeutic relationship that can support you throughout our work together.
