Great to meet you!

Welcome. Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying stress, difficult emotions, painful memories, or relationship struggles on your own. You may be exhausted from trying to hold everything together while managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges related to substance use. With over 10 years of experience, I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults who are seeking support, healing, and a renewed sense of balance. I help individuals navigating anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, family conflict, addiction, grief and loss, anger management concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel emotionally drained, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward. Together, we'll create a safe and supportive space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and develop the insight and skills needed to create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and confident in your daily life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients create sustainable change. I believe healing happens when people feel supported while also gaining practical tools to navigate life's challenges. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to tailor treatment to each individual's unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll explore the patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger, substance use concerns, and relationship difficulties while developing healthier coping strategies and new ways of responding to life's challenges. Sessions are designed to encourage self-awareness, emotional growth, and resilience while helping you build skills that can be used outside of therapy. My goal is to provide both support and practical guidance so that therapy becomes a place where healing and personal growth can take place.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you are encouraged to speak openly and honestly about what you're experiencing. I view therapy as a partnership built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. Together, we'll work toward goals that are meaningful to you while strengthening your ability to manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and improve your overall well-being. As therapy progresses, you may develop healthier coping skills, greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and increased confidence in your ability to face life's challenges. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that support long-term growth and healing.
