Great to meet you!

Do you replay moments in your head and feel hopeless? Maybe you’re feeling like you are not quite yourself, like you aren’t living your healthiest, happiest and most well functioning life. Let me help you in this journey! My advanced training is in EMDR, which is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from anxiety and trauma symptoms. My experience and training helps us to quickly identify key issues, unconscious factors and ways to resolve them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My services are designed to help you gain a stronger sense of self, enhance your emotional life, and develop more intimate and gratifying relationships to successfully pursue your life goals with new perspectives and practical tools.

What you can expect from our first session

If there is one thing that I would like for you to know is that the most crucial part of therapy is to find a therapist that you can trust. My priority is to create a genuine connection with my clients by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them.
