Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor with a background in clinical and crisis work, and I currently serve as a clinical director at a therapeutic school. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families, and I’m also interested in expanding more into adult therapy. I’m especially drawn to working with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and other challenges that can make everyday life feel overwhelming. I bring both compassion and real-world clinical experience to the work, and I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients feel heard while also making meaningful progress. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where we can work together to better understand what you’re going through and identify practical ways to move forward. With my background in crisis work and experience supporting teens, families, and individuals with more complex needs, I’m comfortable meeting clients where they are and adjusting my approach to fit their goals and needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming conversation where we begin getting to know one another and talk through what brought them to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to get out of the process so we can start building a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel at ease from the start and leave the session with a clearer sense of what working together will look like.
