Great to meet you!

Recognizing the need for growth and change can feel intimidating, but taking that first step toward therapy shows courage and a willingness to invest in yourself. I create a warm, supportive space where clients can safely explore past and present experiences. Together, we work to understand patterns, emotions, and challenges that may be holding you back. I view therapy as a collaborative journey where we move at your pace while building insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful change. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I use a range of evidence-based approaches to support your growth. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients gently learn to sit with difficult emotions and become more present. I also draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, attachment-based work, Somatic Internal Family Systems (IFS) to compassionately explore challenges and goals.

What you can expect from me

I help clients navigate difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, family challenges, and relationships. In our first session, we'll explore what matters most to you and create a plan to move forward. With regular sessions, you'll safely process emotions, learn helpful skills and build lasting insight.
