Great to meet you!

I create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore past and present life experiences. My goal is to work with you to become your best self, defined by you. I view therapy as a collaborative journey in which the therapeutic process will help you find self-acceptance and healing. I believe in meeting clients where they are and walking beside them as they work through life's challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidence based treatments from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), CBT & Somatic Therapy. I work from a person centered theoretical orientation, focusing on healthy, meaningful relationships, self-compassion, empathy, creating meaning in life, and finding resources and strengths within each client.

What you can expect from our first session

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their past and present experiences. Through a compassionate and nonjudgemental approach, I help clients find meaning in their journey, uncover their values, and develop the tools needed to live the life they truly want. My goal is to empower clients to navigate challenges with clarity, and confidence, fostering growth, resilience, and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
