My approach to therapy

I am certified in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). In addition, I am familiar with brief solution focused therapy and other interventions that allow me to be flexible with helping you, as needed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will entail me getting to know you and you getting to know my style. My goal in each session is to help you relax and build trust and rapport with you. It is important to me that you feel comfortable with my approach so you can trust me to help you.
