Great to meet you!

Who am I ?

I received my Bachelors in Psychology/Criminality in 2004; I received my certification in addictions (CCJP) in 2007; Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019. and was Licensed as a Therapist in 2024. All the while, living and working in an environment that told me I was' not good enough. I became a shell of a person suffering with depression and addictions. I found my way out! You can to!

My approach to therapy

I understand that past choices, missed opportunities, and difficult circumstances can carry a lot of weight. I don’t see those parts of your story as things to judge or minimize — I see them as important experiences that deserve to be understood and worked through with support.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something different, I’m here to help you sort through what you’ve been carrying and find a path through. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
