Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated addiction counselor with over 10 years of experience and a Master's Degree in Addiction Studies. I have a passion for helping people free themselves from addictions, as well as helping family members navigate enabling behaviors, set healthy boundaries, and foster resilient family dynamics. Using evidence-based approaches, such as CBT and family systems therapy, I create a safe and compassionate environment that enables individuals and families to achieve lasting recovery.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use the 12-step approach for recovery from any addictions. I am available for Christian Counseling. I specialize in addiction within families, codependency, and mental health challenges.

What you can expect from me

In my counseling practice, I create a non-judgmental and compassionate environment where clients can feel safe exploring their challenges and aspirations. With a focus on goal setting, I collaborate with clients to create personalized plans that support their journey towards recovery and mental wellness.
