Great to meet you!

Good mental health is essential to a happy ,satisfying and successful quality of life. We are often presented with unexpected emotional challenges, circumstances and issues that can overwhelm us. You are not alone. Together we are partners to navigate through them, regain control and overcome them.

My approach to therapy

Depression, anxiety, mood swings and trauma can rob you of the joys in life and are often overwhelming and prevent you from functioning and living the life you desire. I get great satisfaction out of helping others gain insight and a new perspective, manage their emotions and begin to enjoy relationships and activities that make their lives enjoyable and successful.

What you can expect from me

Nobody knows your emotions better than you! I listen carefully to my patient's symptoms and work closely with them to develop a plan of treatment and medications that is individualized and specific to them to successfully change their life.
