As a Syracuse University graduate with a Masters in Social Work and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate through their mental health challenges. With experience in both clinic and psychiatric hospital settings, as well as in a high school environment, I have honed my expertise in treating a variety of mental health disorders.

My approach to therapy is grounded in solution-focused and crisis management techniques, as well as utilizing interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I am passionate about empowering my clients to make positive changes in their lives and achieve their goals. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore and address their mental health concerns.

Clients can expect to take away a sense of empowerment and hope from sessions with me. I work collaboratively with individuals to identify and build upon their strengths, while also addressing their specific mental health challenges. By exploring and processing their experiences, clients can work towards personal growth and healing.
