Hi I'm Denise. I am an LPC in the state of Texas. I am a Latina woman who has background in Health and Human Services as well as Advocacy for survivors of human trafficking. I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Adjustment issues.
I am relational therapist who utilizes a person-centered and empowering approach. I see client via tele therapy. As a relational therapist I offer a warm and safe space to allow you to show up as your authentic self. I utilize humor and playful engagement in our sessions while also providing psychoeducaiton and skills training.
My goal is for my clients to strengthen their sense of self and improve their relationships with others.
