Great to meet you!

Starting therapy takes real courage, and finding the right person can feel overwhelming. My goal is to make that first step as easy as possible. I work with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, and life transitions. Whether you are a parent concerned about your child, a teenager who feels like no one understands, or an adult navigating a difficult season, I will meet you where you are without judgment.

I have spent the last three years as a clinical social worker on an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham, working with children and teenagers in some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Before that, I trained in high-risk patient intervention and spent years as a certified domestic violence advocate. That depth of experience shapes everything I bring to private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused methods, and Motivational Interviewing — tailored to what each person actually needs rather than a fixed formula.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be introduction session. I will learn about you and what your goals are for therapy. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment in which you can feel comfortable being yourself without any judgement.
